This website is hosted externally. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the hosting provider’s servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names and other data generated via a website.
External hosting is used to perform our contract with prospective and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
We use specialised cloud services to store user data and handle authentication. Your account data (email, name) and the content you create are stored securely in the database. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
We use a privacy-friendly analytics solution operated on our own servers in Germany.

Important: Our analytics solution does not set cookies and does not store IP addresses. No personal data is collected. The analysis is GDPR-compliant and does not require consent under § 25 TDDDG.

To connect social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, Threads) we use specialised API services.
Data processing when connecting via OAuth:
When you connect a social media account, you are redirected to that platform to authorise access. After successful authorisation we receive an access token that allows publishing content in your name. We receive:
Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish your content. You can disconnect at any time in the platform settings.

You can connect your Google Business Profile to publish posts to your business profile. You will be redirected to Google sign-in and must grant the required permissions.
Data collected: Google account ID, connected business profiles, access tokens.
Optionally you can connect Google Search Console to display SEO data (search queries, clicks, impressions, positions) in your dashboard. The connection uses Google OAuth 2.0.
Data collected: read-only access to your Search Console data (no write permissions).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You can disconnect at any time.
Optionally you can connect Google Analytics 4 to display website statistics from your own GA4 property (e.g. users, sessions, page views, top pages, sources, devices, regions) in your dashboard. The connection uses Google OAuth 2.0 with read-only access (analytics.readonly). We do not create, edit or delete Analytics accounts, properties or tracking settings, and we do not manage users.
This connection is not tracking on any-digital.de. We do not embed a Google Analytics script on our website through it. We only retrieve data from the property you select, which you already collect in Google Analytics.

ANY Digital (any-digital.de), operated by ANY Marketing GmbH, accesses Google user data only after you connect a Google account: Google Search Console (search queries, clicks, impressions, positions), Google Analytics 4 (read-only website reports for the property you select), and optionally Google Business Profile. We store OAuth access/refresh tokens and the selected site or property so we can show these reports in your dashboard and generate in-product content suggestions.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use it for ads, retargeting, credit decisions, or to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
We share or transfer Google user data only with the following recipients and only for the purposes stated here:

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google at any time; we then delete the tokens and connection.

For AI-assisted text generation we use APIs of various AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic and others). The provider may change as the product develops.
When you use these features, your inputs (topics, briefings, brand information) are sent to the respective AI service to create the requested content. The generated content is then returned to you.
Important: We only use API access where the submitted data is not used to train the AI.

To create design templates and images we use specialised image-generation services. Your texts, logos and brand colours may be sent to these services to render the final image.

We store personal data only as long as needed for the respective purposes or as required by law:
We use SSL/TLS during website visits with the highest encryption level supported by your browser. You can see whether a page is transmitted encrypted by the lock icon in your browser’s address bar.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorised access. This includes HTTPS/TLS in transit and access restrictions on stored Google OAuth tokens and connected report data.
